Members Event Information Submission (13 May 2026)

Event Submission for GPFS Members & Friends, and Regional Arts Organizations

Events should ideally be submitted to GPFS at least two weeks prior to the event. Events submitted closer to the event date can be submitted but we may not be able to have it posted in time.

Please click on the "Submit Information" button to provide information on an upcoming event you request GPFS includes in their social media and other communications. This is a brief submission form and should only take you a few minutes. It helps you give GPFS the information we need to represent your event well.

Note - Not every submission will be in every mode of GPFS communication, but we will maximize the messaging of your event as much as possible depending on the timing of the event relative to our monthly ENews and quarterly Portland Piper's. It will most likely at least reach our social media platforms.

Submission Guidelines

You must be a GPFS member or an arts organization in the greater Portland region.

The event can be for a solo, chamber or ensemble concert, workshop, masterclass, etc. Please highlight the flutist(s).

Briefly and clearly provide the basic information on the event such as a brief description of the event, date, time, location and any other information of importance.

State your name and the names of any ensembles or other people as you want to see them stated in the postings/communication.

GPFS retains the option of editing this information as needed.

Note any desired hashtags to use.

Provide any website links or social media addresses to include.

Provide at least one visual graphic and/or pictures by sending them to the email below. This online form does not upload pictures or files.

You will receive an automated confirmation of your submission by email which will include all the information you provided.

Questions: Please contact Karen Duggan at socialmedia@gpfs.org.
