      <title>Call for 2027 Flute Fair Member Performance and Workshop Proposals (20 Jan 2027)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Once you have all your information gathered, please click on the button to the left to submit your information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INFORMATION YOU WILL NEED FOR THE APPLICATION&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You cannot go in and out of the application.&amp;nbsp;These is the information you will need: applicant name; artist/ensemble name; a range of contact information; short title; performance/workshop description; tentative program if a performance proposal; 100 word or less artist(s)/ensemble bio; a photo attachment; any weblinks supportive to the proposal; any additional links such such as to social media.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;On submission, you will receive an email confirmation which includes this information and the information you provided in the application.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WHAT NEXT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;DECISION NOTIFICATION: Applicants will be notified of GPFS's decision by January....&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;FINAL PROGRAM: Accepted performance proposals will be required to provide their final program and any program notes by February 15th, 2027 to rpwakeley@gpfs.org. Please keep this simple - title, composer (birth date), and - if any program notes - no more than a few sentences for each piece. GPFS reserves the right to edit these notes to accommodate the fair program.&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;FINAL DESCRIPTION: Accepted workshop proposals will be asked to provide their final workshop description by February 15th, 2027 to rpwakeley@gpfs.org.&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;PICTURES: Accepted proposals will be asked to provide one or more pictures by email to rpwakeley@gpfs.org. These artist/ensemble/presenter pictures will be used in the program and on relevant webpages.&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;LOGISTICS: Closer to the event, performers/presenters will receive an email with further details on directions, parking, rooms, etc.&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;EVENT DAY: You can stay abreast of event details at this webpage -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;FLUTE FAIR DAY: Is free to attend for members. We hope you will plan on staying for the rest of the day after your session. Link: Flute Fair Schedule.&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY:&amp;nbsp; Please show up at least an hour.... go to registration desk etc.&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;WHAT TO BRING: Your music stand(s).&lt;/li&gt;
