Flute Fair Exhibitor Showcase Session SignUp

This year GPFS is offering a number of time slots for Exhibitor Showcases. These are half hour time slots. You are encouraged to plan on 20 minute sessions and leaving 10 minutes for questions and closing the session.

Upon signing up here, the GPFS Commercial Membership Officer - Karen Duggan - will contact you to arrange for your timeslot.

For your information, the timeslots are the following:

9:30 – 1:00: Exhibitor Showcases, McLoughlin Hall Rooms - 249 and 254

• 9:30 - 10:00: First Showcase Room 249
• 10:00 - 10:30: Second Showcase Room 254
• 10:30 - 11:00: Third Showcase Room 249
• 11:00 - 11:00: Fourth Showcase Room 254
• 11:30 - 12:00: Fifth Showcase Room 249
• 12:00 - 12:30: Sixth Showcase Room 254
• 12:30 - 1:00: Seventh Showcase Room 249
