Call for Artists – Workshops and Performances
Join us for the 42ndAnnual GPFS Flute Fair on Saturday, April 11th, 2026
at Clackamas Community College.
This call for proposals is open to any GPFS Member – all levels and ages!
We are now accepting proposals for performances and workshops which will be held the morning of the Fair. Performance time slots are 30 minutes. Workshops are 45-minute sessions. You must be a GPFS member to present/perform - Join GPFS

We are accepting Proposals in the following Categories
NOTE – The auditorium the performances will be held in does not have a piano therefore the suggested categories above.
Submission Instructions
Simply share a short description of your idea/interest, and provide your name, email and phone number. Send your proposal to robertwakeley@gpfs.org.
Proposals will be reviewed by our workshop and performances coordinators.
Deadline to submit proposals: January 20, 2026.
You will receive confirmation of your submission within two days and final decisions will be sent out on February 1, 2026. At that time, those with accepted proposals will need to confirm their acceptance and availability with GPFS within the following week and then, by 2/15/26, provide us with a full workshop description (short paragraph), presenter/performer names and any desired short bios (4 to 5 sentences).
